SERVICES: Master Planning, Architecture & Interior Design

DESIGN:  Taylor Manor is a senior living facility located close to downtown Versailles Kentucky.  The sisters at Taylor Manor are in need of a new facility to take the place of their failing one. One of their main goals is to provide a new method of care delivery to their residence, to enhance their quality of life. We were asked to provide a master plan to help them envision their new facility. The program includes personal care, memory care and nursing households. The campus would include a community center with a community room, bistro, hair salon, administrative offices, support space as well as a chapel. A new convent would also be located on the campus for the sisters.
