DESIGN:  Homeplace at Midway is a new, residential scale, senior living community located on 35 picturesque acres in the heart of the Bluegrass in Midway, Kentucky. The community consists of five individual homes with future growth to include independent living patio homes.  Ascribing to The Green House® philosophy the homes provide various levels of care including assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care. Each home serves twelve elders and includes private rooms and bathrooms, open spaces, residential kitchen, several porches and enjoyable views between residences. Each individual home is designed in an architectural vernacular remnant of a nearby community and surrounding horse farms.
