SERVICES:  Master Planning

DESIGN:  Reese Design Collaborative worked with Mountain Manor to develop a master plan for projected growth of an existing nursing facility into a Continuing Care Retirement Community. The new facilities includes independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The existing building enhancements include a new outpatient physical therapy suite and new administrative offices.
