DESIGN:   Twenty five person law firm O’Bryan Brown & Toner came to us with a challenging project of undergoing a massive renovation to their historical landmark building while remaining in the space and maintaining day-to-day operations. Design objectives included image enhancement for public and client spaces while enhancing operational efficiencies and increasing natural lighting for the employees. The removal of the original building corridor walls created a two-fold opportunity. The reinvented space houses a new, custom-designed, and coordinated red oak suite entry, reception desk with bookcases, and two conference rooms in the public area. Paralegal and support staff could be conveniently located in close proximity to attorney offices, facilitating communication.
