DESIGN:  The parish at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church experienced a phenomenal growth at their existing facility. This growth limited the parish from having a fully functioning facility. We worked with St. Luke’s to design an addition that would allow them meet all the churches needs. The addition consisted of a 400 person fellowship hall and new restroom facilities. A dozen classrooms, new main entrance lobby, and elevator provided expansion for new ministries and improved circulation within the space. The existing sanctuary is listed on the National Register of Historic Places so thoughtful consideration related the scale and materials of the new buildings to the surrounding campus to create a cohesive appearance, visually tying all the structures together within the natural neighborhood setting.
