SERVICES:  Master Planning, Architecture & Interior Design

DESIGN:  Water Tower Square, originally the Ohio Falls Car and Locomotive Company, consists of a multitude of warehouses built over a hundred year ago. The warehouses have been converted into 400,000 square feet of office, retail, and industrial space. We worked with Cornerstone Group to evaluate and modify traffic patterns, signage and existing structures on this 29 acre campus located in Southern Indiana.  We also provided architectural and interior design services for many of their buildings.
