SERVICES:  Interior Design

DESIGN: Together with Action Pact, senior living consultant, and the Masonic Homes of Kentucky we created an interior architectural design to support the vision of the Sam Swope Care Center. A new state-of-the art 136-bed skilled nursing home.

Collaboratively the we designed the project’s “Main Street”,  the central common corridors as well as interiors of six 20 to 24 room wings. Each wing was transformed into individual households.  Each Household has unique mill work styles, details and finishes to create a home.  A few key elements in the project are the central hearths and living rooms in the social areas, residential kitchen designs which allow the residents freedom to eat on their own schedule, as well as unique front porch designs.
