SERVICES:  Interior Design

DESIGN:  This four floor corporate headquarters building in downtown Louisville houses 180 employees and optimizes flexibility for a company changing from a vertical organizational structure to a horizontal hierarchy, and from private offices to an open office concept.  We were asked to provide interior design and furniture selections for the project with its large floor plate design and taller ceilings which enhance mobility, encourage employee interaction, and increase opportunities for natural light.
