SERVICES: Master Planning, Architecture & Interior Design

DESIGN:  Taylor Manor is a senior living facility located near downtown Versailles, Kentucky.  The sisters at Taylor Manor were in need of a new facility to replace their rapidly aging existing building. One of their main goals was to provide a new method of care delivery to their residence to enhance their quality of life. We were asked to provide a master plan to help them envision their new campus. The program includes personal care, memory care and nursing households. The campus master plan includes a community center and bistro, hair salon, administrative offices, support space and a chapel. A convent household for the sisters is also design to be located on the campus.
